Yes. Fees range from $30 (low-income economies) to $100 (high-income economies).

Authors will receive detailed reviewer comments and must resubmit within the specified timeframe.
9. What licensing and copyright terms apply?
Authors retain copyright. Articles are published under CC BY 4.0 license.
10. How will my article be disseminated?
All articles are available immediately under open access and indexed in scholarly databases.
11. Can I withdraw my manuscript?
Yes. Withdrawal before peer review is permitted without penalty.
