The specific objectives are to: Examine the relationship between innovation and new products and ascertain the relationship between Technology Adoption and operational cost of pharmaceutical manufacturing firms in Ebonyi State.&nbsp; The area of the study was Ebonyi State, Nigeria. The study used the descriptive survey design approach. The primary source of data was the administration of questionnaire. The population of the study consisted of three hundred and twelve four (312) employees of selected pharmaceutical firms in Ebonyi State.&nbsp; The whole population was used due to small number. Two hundred and eighty-four (284) respondents returned the questionnaire and accurately filled. Data was presented and analyzed by mean score and standard deviation. The hypotheses were analyzed using Z &#8211; test statistic tool. The findings indicated i.
